Licensed Professional Counselor
Job Title: Licensed Professional Counselor
Reports to: Business Owner

Position Overview:
Counseling Futures is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor for the Friendswood, TX office. The clinician is required to complete weekly face-to-face and virtual sessions based on the needs of the client(s). In addition to clinical expertise, strong organization and administrative skills are required.

Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 15 client sessions per week
  • Establish referral sources and repeat clients
  • Develop skill in formalized therapeutic techniques

Skill Sets:

  • Clear, concise communication
  • Adaptability to the current infrastructure
  • Knowledge of the counseling industry
  • Administrative discipline required to book sessions to meet weekly objectives
  • Organization required to complete the necessary administrative tasks associated with weekly sessions

Experience/Education:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Licensed Professional Counselor Designation – active license in the state of Texas
