For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include www.counselingfutures.com.  The Company’s website is a Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Therapy site. By using the Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.  The Company thus provides this privacy statement to explain what information is gathered during a visit to the Site and how such information may be used.

Collection of Your Personal Information
To better provide you with products and services offered, the Company may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

  • Health Insurance Company Name

Bulletin Boards and Chat Areas
Guests of the Site are solely responsible for the content of messages they post on the Company’s forums, such as chat rooms and bulletin boards. Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., username, e-mail address, phone number) on the bulletin boards or in the chat areas, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other people. Choice/Opt-Out
The Site may provide you the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from us at the point where we request information about you. You always have the option of removing your name from any e-mail list to discontinue any such future communications. Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

  • Delete your personal information from our records, and direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records

Please note that we may not be able to comply with request to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

From time to time, the Company may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.

Our site and various information we collect are operated on servers located in various jurisdictions, including the United States. When you access or use the Site and/or our services, personal information about you may be transferred outside the country in which you are situated to these other locations.
