Personal Statement
I love messy people and the resilience they embody in bringing their tender and brave stories to counseling. Having experienced personal growth through God’s mercy in counseling for some of the hard and messy places of my own life, it would be my sincere honor to be invited to bear witness as you explore where you have been, where you are now and your hope for what is to come.
My goal is to forge an authentic and honest partnership that provides you with the support needed to pursue a deeper understanding of yourself while seeking to restore behavioral and relational health and overall wellness. I use an integrative, holistic approach tailored to the needs of the individual and rooted in evidence-based best practices. As a follower of Jesus, it is my joy to incorporate your faith beliefs and practices into treatment planning when desired. My husband and I blended families 3 years ago and have 5 kids between us.
