Personal Statement
I believe each client has a unique journey toward healing. My goal for therapy is to facilitate change and insight so you can discover your personal strengths and values. We use your strengths to work through problems and find new ways of acting and reacting based on your personal values. When your thoughts and actions are aligned with who you were created to be, you experience true peace and joy, living the life you were meant to live. Recognizing faulty thinking and behavioral patterns leads to the creation of new neural pathways, thereby fueling social, emotional, spiritual, and physical growth. Along the way, you may find your pain and adversity can be used as tools to eventually thrive.
“For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11)”
I offer a safe, judgement-free, encouraging space for your healing journey. There is no need to perform, show up just as you are. I will meet you right where you are to help you get to where you want to be.
